What is Poutine?

Poutine is a dish consisting of french fries topped with fresh cheese curds, covered with poutine sauce
(a flavorful brown gravy) and sometimes additional ingredients. It is a quintessential Canadian comfort
food especially in Quebec. Poutine is a food staple in many parts of Canada. International chains like McDonald’s
 A&W, KFC and Burger King also sell mass-produced poutine across Canada. 

Why do we sell Poutine?

Since we are originally from Canada, we wanted to introduce something new to North Texas. We have customers
coming from all parts of the DFW Metroplex and Oklahoma to try this dish out. 

Is your Poutine the real thing?

Absolutely, we import the sauce from Quebec and have the curds flown in.

What is Italian Poutine?

It is basically the same dish but with meat sauce instead of the Poutine sauce.

What if I order it and I don’t like it?

As with all of our food, we guarantee that you will be happy. If there are ever any problems with the
